大阪瑞吉一直是我很想嘗試入住的飯店之一，畢竟瑞吉身為喜達屋集團的頂級品牌，再加上日式的服務，確實是相當讓人期待啊！除此之外，大阪瑞吉也時常出現大約180美金左右的低價，能夠以這樣的低價入住到瑞吉飯店，也沒什麼好再猶豫的了。
I've wanted to stay at the St. Regis Osaka for a while now, since I was curious to try out what the combination of Starwood's top brand and the famous Japanese service would be like. On top of that, the St. Regis Osaka often had rates as low as 180 USD, which is a complete steal in my opinion. Needless to stay I booked the St. Regis without much hesitation.

大阪瑞吉就位在地鐵本町站，大門口就位在心齋橋筋，沿著心齋橋筋走路大約五到十分鐘就可以到達著名的心齋橋區。另外飯店大門口就有一間全家便利商店，很適合在晚上買一些零食跟飲料到房間享用。
The St. Regis Osaka is at the Honmachi subway station, and the entrance of the hotel was facing the Shinsaibashi-suji, which makes it only a 5-10 minute walk along the alley to the famous Shinsaibashi shopping district. There's also a Familymart right across the street, making it super convenient for some late night snacks and drinks.

飯店大門口佈置得非常典雅，很有瑞吉的品牌風格。
The hotel entrance was very elegantly decorated, and felt very "St. Regis."

跟曼谷瑞吉一樣，飯店大廳位於高樓層，所以要先由一樓大廳搭電梯至十二樓，才能再換電梯到客房。雖然有些不方便，但在安全性上面增加不少。
Just like the St. Regis Bangkok, the hotel lobby is located on a higher floor, so I had to take the elevator to the 12th floor, and change elevators to get to my room. It's slightly inconvenient but greatly increases safety, so I'm all for this kind of setting.

大廳延續瑞吉一貫的風格，在保留典雅設計時又不會讓人覺得陳舊。大片的落地窗更讓大廳顯得明亮舒適。
The lobby also had a St. Regis style, which felt tasteful and classic but not old at all. The massive floor-to-ceiling windows also made the lobby bright and inviting.

依照慣例，在瑞吉飯店一定是坐著辦好入住手續的。大廳共有兩組桌子負責，有時候如果人多的時候，可能要等上一段時間。
As is the norm at St. Regis hotels, check-in was done while seated. There were only two tables in the lobby for this, so there could be quite a wait during rush hour.

另外大阪瑞吉的一大特色就是大廳旁的空中日式花園。因為是冬天而且剛下過雨，就沒有走到戶外參觀，但看起來維持得相當不錯，不論四季都會有非常好的景色。
One of the signature features of the St. Regis Osaka is the Japanese garden on the terrace. I didn't step outside since it was winter and raining outside, but everything looked very well-maintained, and should offer a great view year-round.

穿過大廳後則是酒吧，內部看起來是很舒適、適合晚間聚會小酌的地方，但這次入住期間並沒有機會造訪。
The St. Regis Bar is located behind the lobby, and looked like a comfortable place for some evening drinks. Too bad I didn't have a chance to visit this time.

一進門後左手邊就是浴室。浴室左右兩邊都有出入口，另一邊可以通往更衣間。

另外還有看起來相當複雜的淋浴設備，但只要花一點時間搞懂之後，沖澡真的變得非常享受啊！
The shower looked super complicated, but it really made showering an awesome experience after I took some time to figure it out.

廁所則毫無意外地配有免治馬桶。比較意外的是衛生紙上居然印有瑞吉的標誌！
Needless to say they had bidet-style toilets installed. No surprises there. Though I was pleasantly surprised that even the toilet papers had St. Regis logo printed on them.

浴室另一頭則是更衣間（也可通往臥室），裡面有足夠的空間可以放行李跟換衣服。在大阪飯店裡能有這麼大的衣櫃，奢侈到讓人不敢置信！
On the other end of the bathroom was the dressing room/closet (which was also connected to the bedroom). It had plenty of space for luggage and for changing inside. It's truly a miracle to have this sort of space in Osaka.

臥室一樣非常寬敞，床正對著大片的落地窗，還有一張超大的躺椅可以休息。
The bedroom was also very spacious, with a king-size bed facing the windows, and a large daybed.

Mini Bar 則是在臥室的櫥櫃中，外觀非常有日式風格（可惜忘了拍照）。裡面則是應有盡有，除了免費的 Nespresso 咖啡之外，各式酒杯、茶具、零食、飲料也是一應俱全。
The mini bar was in an armoire on the side of the bedroom, the exterior looked very Japanese (too bad I forgot to take a picture of it), and had everything inside, including complimentary Nespresso coffee, and all sorts of wine glasses, snacks, drinks, and a tea set.

雖然日本飯店的床時常有偏硬的問題，但大阪瑞吉的床完全不會，睡起來非常舒服。
Sometimes Japanese hotels had beds that were too hard, but that was not the case in the St. Regis Osaka, it was soft and super comfortable.

There's a "control station" next to the bed, which could be used to control the lighting and curtains of the room.

書桌材質使用木材跟皮革，增添了不少奢華感。可惜椅子就稍嫌普通了些，和房間的其他擺設也不太搭。
The work desk had a luxurious feel with wood and leather surface. The chair, on the other hand, was bland, ordinary, and didn't really go with the rest of the room.

進房沒多久，管家就會送上迎賓飲料（冬天是類似蘋果薑茶的熱飲），並解釋管家的各項服務，包含隨時可以現點現泡的各式茶飲跟咖啡。
Soon after I settled in, my butler came to offer me a welcome drink (which was a apple and ginger tea for winter) and explained all the butler services available, including the signature tea and coffee service.

很喜歡餐具上都有印上瑞吉的標誌，只可惜沒有辦法買一套回家用啊。
I loved that all the silverware had St. Regis logos on them. Too bad I could not have a set to bring home.

以亞洲飯店的標準來說，其實大阪瑞吉的自助早餐選擇並不是最多的，不過也是相當多元，至少該有的冷、熱食都沒有缺。重點是每一道菜都做得非常精緻，確實做到了色香味俱全的境界。
For Asian hotels, the St. Regis Osaka didn't offer the most choices for breakfast, but there's still plenty of choices. At least all the essential cold and hot items were available, and everything was cooked exquisitely.

I especially recommend the curry at St. Regis Osaka. I would have had more if I wasn't already full!

至於其他公共空間，大阪瑞吉也有健身房跟商務中心。這次雖然沒有時間跟力氣到健身房，但有簡短使用了一下商務中心。
The hotel also has a gym and a business center. I didn't have the time (and energy) to visit the gym, but I did briefly used the business center.

商務中心配有兩台桌上型電腦跟印表機可以免費使用。如果遇到商務中心沒有服務人員的時候，只要撥通電話，就會馬上有人來幫忙了。
There were two desktop computers and a printer available for use. If there's no staff at the business center to assist, someone is always a phone call away.

最後在退房時，還意外收到大阪瑞吉提供的小禮物，是包裝相當精緻的巧克力禮盒。把巧克力吃完之後，盒子也還是非常有紀念價值喔！不得不說這樣的驚喜真的給飯店大大加了不少分，也會讓客人在退房之後特別記得這間飯店，真是聰明！
I also received a small gift when checking out, which was a small box of chocolates. I thought it was packaged beautifully, making it worth keeping even after I ate all the chocolates. I must say these small surprises really made a good impression, and made my stay much more memorable even long after I checked out. Kudos to the St. Regis Osaka for that!
