國泰航空在香港的貴賓室一直以來的評價都非常好，這次趁著在香港中停的機會，一口氣把國泰在香港機場的五間貴賓室一網打盡。五間貴賓室中，共有四間在管制區中，另一間「賞心堂」則為入境貴賓室。
Cathay Pacific's lounges in Hong Kong always receive really good reviews from frequent flyers, so I maximized my time in Hong Kong and went to all five lounges there. Four of them are airside, and one, The Arrival, as its name suggests, operates as a landside arrivals lounge.

寰宇堂應該是最多人使用的貴賓室，位於一號登機門旁，也是出境之後距離最近的貴賓室。貴賓室共分為兩層，下層有兩區座位區、淋浴間、商務中心，以及自助餐。
The Wing is perhaps the most frequented lounge of the four. It's located next to Gate 1, making it the closest one to security and passport control. The lounge is divided into two levels. The lower level consisted of two seating areas, shower rooms, a business center, and buffet.

比起寰宇堂頭等貴賓室的浴泉居，商務貴賓室的淋浴間當然是陽春許多，不過溫暖的色調非常舒服，該有的配備也都沒有少。
Compared to the cabanas in the first class section of the Wing, needless to say the shower rooms in the business section are smaller and less extravagant, but I found the decor very warm and soothing, and it still had everything I needed for a shower.

在尖峰時段下層通常是人滿為患的狀態，這時候就可以從入口旁的樓梯來到上層。不只人比較少，貴賓室比較好玩的區域也都在上層啊！
During rush hours the lower level is usually packed with almost every seat occupied. But there's nothing to worry about, simply use the stairs next to the entrance and head to the upper level. Not only is it less crowded, there's also more stuff to do upstairs!

開放式的空間設計，也讓上層的貴賓室顯得寬敞、明亮不少。

寰宇堂最大的特色就是提供現煮麵食的風味坊，上機前不來這邊吃碗雲吞麵，只能說是白來貴賓室了。
The upper level also had the best feature of the Wing: the Noodle Bar. If you haven't had a wonton noodle soup here, you haven't truly experienced the lounge.

風味坊旁邊的咖啡閣，除了咖啡跟小點心之外，更重要的是有提供香檳以及 Haagen-Dazs 冰淇淋～吧台上會有菜單，選好口味之後再跟服務生拿就好囉。
The Coffee Loft, located next to the Noodle Bar, had coffee and some light snacks available. But if you check out the menu on the bar, you'll see that they also offer champagne and Haagen-Dazs ice cream. Simply select a flavor and ask one of the bartenders for one.

在玉衡堂完成整修之前，寰宇堂在我心目中是國泰目前最好的商務貴賓室，但在尖峰時段人多的時候，可能會過於擁擠。另外如果登機門位於機場另一端，就稍嫌遠了一些。這時候，就可以考慮其他貴賓室了。
The Wing was, in my opinion, the best Cathay Pacific business class lounge in Hong Kong before the Pier completed its renovation. However, it could get really crowded sometimes, and it could also be a long hike if your gate is at the other side of the airport. If this is the case, there are other lounges to consider.

逸連堂是國泰新開的商務貴賓室，位於香港機場Y字型的分岔口。貴賓室共分為左右兩側，兩邊大致上相同，但仍有一些不一樣的空間配置。
The Bridge is the new addition to Cathay Pacific's business class lounges. It's located at the center of the Y-shaped airport, and is divided into two sides. The two sides are similar, but there are still some small variations.

右側比較不一樣的空間就是烘焙坊跟長堤吧了。
On the right side, there's "the Bakery" and Cathay Pacific's signature Long Bar.

進入貴賓室後，可以看到逸連堂在設計上和其他貴賓室的不同，屬於國泰新的貴賓室設計概念，呈現出比較像是自家客廳的氛圍。不得不說燈光和座位的設計確實讓人讚嘆。
Once you step into the lounge, you'd instantly notice a very different design compared to other lounges. This belongs to Cathay Pacific's new overall design concept, which tries to make the lounges more like a living room in one's own home. And they truly did a good job, the seats and lighting are all stunning.

"The Bakery" is the main buffet area in the Bridge, and had perhaps the most extensive buffet in all Cathay Pacific lounges in Hong Kong.

長堤吧則位於貴賓室最裡面，提供多種酒精與非酒精性飲料，當然也包括香檳。吧台旁邊也有擺放一些配酒的小點心。
The Long Bar is further inside the lounge, and had an extensive list of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including champagne. There are also some snacks next to the bar to go with the wine.

左側貴賓室多了淋浴間跟商務中心，還有最重要的咖啡閣。至於咖啡閣為什麼重要，等一下就會說明了。
On the left side of the Bridge are shower rooms, business center, and most importantly, the coffee loft. I'll explain why it's an important feature shortly.

可以明顯看出左側的貴賓室人比右側少很多，所以如果需要的是比較安靜的空間，左側是比較適合的。
As you can see, the left side is much less crowded than the right. So if you're looking for a more quiet space, the left side is your choice.

咖啡閣也是位於貴賓室最裡面，而逸連堂的咖啡閣最大的特色，就是提供現打的冰沙！每一杯都是新鮮現打，非常好喝！！當然這裡也是有提供 Haagen-Dazs 冰淇淋的。
The Coffee Loft is at the end of the lounge, and it's best feature is, wait for it, freshly made smoothies! And they're simply divine. Of course, you can also get Haagen-Dazs ice cream here.

The Cabin
爾雅堂位於 23 號登機門旁邊，走的是比較時尚、夜店風的設計風格。當然在燈光上也比其他貴賓室來得陰暗一些。
The Cabin, located next to Gate 23, has a more funky and edgy style. It's also darker than the other lounges.

The buffet is also much smaller and had less seats compared to the other lounges, so it may be hard to find a seat sometimes.

雖然在設計上走的是夜店風，但爾雅堂卻是主打健康的飲食路線，除了自助餐有提供新鮮的現做沙拉之外，還有健怡吧提供各式現榨果汁，是其他貴賓室裡面喝不到的喔！
Even though the design of the Cabin is more like a night club, the food offering here is all about being healthy. They have fresh made-to-order salad at the buffet, and a juice bar offering a large selection of freshly squeezed juices, which is unique to the Cabin and not available in other lounges.

但除了現榨果汁之外，爾雅堂並沒有其他比較吸引人的地方，再加上空間是四間貴賓室中最小的，所以除非登機門離爾雅堂最近，不然還是較推薦其他間貴賓室。
However, apart from the juice bar, there's really nothing appealing about the Cabin, and considering it's also the smallest lounge of the four, I'd go to other lounges anytime unless my gate is really close to the Cabin.

「玉衡堂」商務貴賓室剛在2016年六月完成裝修重新開放，也成為國泰四間貴賓室中最大的一間。貴賓室入口位於65號登機口旁。
Cathay Pacific just completed the renovation of "The Pier" business class lounge and reopened it in June 2016, and it is now the largest airport lounge that Cathay Pacific operates. The entrance to the lounge is located near gate 65.

The aesthetic of the lounge continues to use the next-generation Cathay Pacific lounge design, which can be seen in "The Pier" first class lounge. Even the entrance to these lounges are almost identical.

一進入貴賓室後，首先會進入一個玄關，大量的綠色植物替貴賓室增添了不少生氣。
Right after the entrance is a foyer, with some art and lots of plants, making the lounge much more lively.

玄關右側是商務中心「閱覽間」，提供 iMac 電腦跟印表機免費使用。裝潢一樣和「玉衡堂」頭等貴賓室很相似，但隔間比較沒有那麼隱密。
On the right side of the foyer is "the Bureau," the business center, offering iMac computers and printers. The design is similar to the one in the first class lounge, but with less privacy between each seat.

玄關另一側則是主要的貴賓室區域，貴賓室從這邊開始一路延伸並隔成數個區域，所以我就由外至內逐一介紹。首先是自助餐區「嚐味坊」。
On the other side of the foyer is the main lounge area. The lounge is separated into several areas, so I will introduce them in the order of their location, starting with the "Food Hall" buffet area.

我很喜歡「嚐味坊」的吊燈設計。當然大量木質傢俱的運用也是大大加分，讓相對之下比較不那麼讓人放鬆的自助餐區溫暖不少。
I really love the lighting design in the "Food Hall," and of course the use of wooden furniture is also a big plus. It made the buffet area, which is perhaps the least relaxing place in the entire lounge much warmer and more inviting.

There's also a coffee cart installed here, with a staff serving freshly prepared illy coffee. This is one of the amenities exclusive to "the Pier."

而這裡提供的餐點，我認為豐富程度是僅次於「逸連堂」的，非常讓人滿意。
As for the food selection, I think it's one of the most extensive one, perhaps only slightly behind the buffet at "the Bridge." Needless to say I was satisfied.

此處的座位設計如同「玉衡堂」頭等貴賓室一樣，是有依據各種不同人數組合去安排的。不論是單獨旅行的旅客，或是較大的團體，都可以找到合適的座位。
The seating here, just like the seatin arrangements in "The Pier" first class lounge, was laid out with different group sizes in mind. Everyone, from a solo traveler to larger groups, can find a seat suitable to their needs.

就和國泰近期所有的新貴賓室一樣，整間貴賓室是由 Studioilse 設計，風格十分一致。在這邊休息的感受，就是非常讓人放鬆，完全跳脫一般機場貴賓室的氛圍。
The lounge was designed by Studioilse, just like all the new Cathay Pacific lounges, so the design is very consistent. I felt truly relaxed here, and it was not like being in a regular airport lounge.

因為貴賓室的面積真的非常大，座位數也非常地多（整間貴賓室號稱可以容納550位旅客），所以完全不用擔心找不到位子。我在這間貴賓室待了三個小時，從來沒有覺得人多過。
The lounge is just gigantic, with more than enough seats (they claim that it can host up to 550 passengers), so there's absolutely no need to worry about finding seats here. I spent about three hours in this lounge, and not once did it felt that it was crowded.

而休息區最深處則有一區風格比較不同，擺放了不少「Solo Chair」，還有面向窗戶的躺椅，很適合在這邊坐著賞機。
At the end of the lounge area is an area that's slightly decorated differently than the rest of the lounge area. They had lost of "Solo Chairs" placed here as well, and also several lounge chairs facing the window, making this a perfect place for plane spotting.

而座位區的充電插座非常充足，一樣都是隱藏在邊桌的抽屜內。只可惜並沒有提供國際通用的插座，而是香港的規格，這是我認為比較不貼心的地方。畢竟大多數轉機旅客，不一定會有香港規格的插頭，這樣的設計會造成很多不方便。
There's no shortage of power outlets in the lounge as well. They are placed in the drawers in the side table. However, I was disappointed to find out that they did not have the universal sockets installed. I found this rather unthoughtful and traveler-unfriendly as most connecting passengers will not likely have the Hong Kong-type plug or adaptor.

經過酒吧區後，就來到國泰貴賓室最著名的必備現煮麵食區「風味坊」。
After the bar area is the famous Cathay Pacific noodle bar.

這裡的座位除了可容納二～四人的小包廂外，也有長桌和板凳，很有傳統香港小吃店的感覺。
There are booths big enough to host two to four people spread out in the area, and also some large tables and stools as well, giving the place a more traditional Hong Kong eatery atmosphere.

「風味坊」提供的餐點選擇很多元，除了最著名的雲吞麵跟擔擔麵之外，還有會不定期更新的麵食跟點心可以選擇。
There are plenty of choices at the noodle bar. In addition to the famous wonton noodles and Dan Dan noodles, they also have other noodle and dim sum options available and changes them regularly.

吧台旁也有各式佐料，可以讓客人依照喜好自由搭配。
A large array of condiments are available at the side so everyone can add the ones matching their own taste.

一旁則是飲料吧台，提供各種咖啡、茶、果汁、飲料、紅白酒。另外還有一些額外的熱食選項，但貴賓室內比這個好的食物選擇太多，就比較少看到有人取用。
There's a drink bar on the side as well, offering a large selection of coffee, tea, juice, wine, and soft drinks. There are also some more hot food options here, but since the lounge has no shortage of good food, I hardly saw any one eating these.

在點餐後，服務人員會提供一個呼叫器，等到餐點準備好之後再到吧台領取。通常等待時間都不需要超過五分鐘。
You'd be offered a buzzer after placing an order, and you're free to rest at your seat while waiting. Though the wait rarely exceeds five minutes.

穿過「風味坊」後，來到的就是「玉衡堂」商務貴賓室的最大亮點，也是國泰貴賓室中全新的設施「茗茶坊」。
After the noodle bar is the highlight of 'the Pier" business class lounge, and also the brand new feature to the Cathay Pacific lounges, the Teahouse.

這裡的座位走得又是另外一種傳統中式的風格，再搭配上較為昏暗的燈光，很適合慢慢放鬆品茶。
The seats here have a more traditional Chinese style, and the darker lighting also makes it a perfect setting for relaxing and enjoying some tea.

「茗茶坊」的特色就是有多達十種茶可以讓客人選擇。他們甚至還把各種茶葉擺在聞香罐中，可以拿起來聞一聞之後再決定。
The highlight of the Teahouse is its large tea selection (ten, to be exact). They even placed all the tea leaves in small bottles so you get to smell them before making your choice.

除了茶之外，「茗茶坊」也提供數種冰沙和綜合果汁，走得是一個健康養生的路線。
In addition to the large tea selection, they also offer several smoothies and mixed juices. I'm sure you can tell by now this is the "healthy" part of the lounge.

當然也提供不少各類中、西式茶點搭配，而且每一樣都非常讓人驚艷。
It goes without saying that they also have a wide range of Chinese and Western snacks on offer to go with the tea, and all of them taste fantastic.

接著則是貴賓室的淋浴間。「玉衡堂」商務貴賓室共有十四間淋浴間，一般來說應該是不需要等候的，但如果真的遇到客滿的狀況，可以先坐在入口的等候區休息。
Following the teahouse is the shower room. "The Pier" business class lounge has fourteen shower rooms available, so I don't think you'd ever have to wait for one. But in the rare case that you do, you get to wait at the beautifully designed waiting area next to the entrance.

「玉衡堂」商務貴賓室的淋浴間設計和頭等貴賓室相差不遠，除了空間較為狹小一些，也沒有座位之外，並沒有其他不同。
The shower rooms here are quite similar to the ones in the first class lounge. They're almost identical except that the ones here are smaller and don't have a chair.

甚至備品一樣是 Aesop 產品，是讓我最驚喜的地方。沒有想到國泰在商務貴賓室，一樣會提供頭等艙等級的備品。
I was pleasantly surprised to find Aesop products here, as they're what Cathay Pacific offers in first class, not business class.

淋浴設施一樣有手持式和雨淋式，洗起來很舒服。
As usual, shower includes a hand-held shower head and rain shower, and I had a really comfortable shower here.

如果有較長的轉機時間，需要一些休息，就很適合在淋浴後，來到貴賓室最內部的「恬靜間」了。
If you have a longer layover and need some shuteye, you should visit the "Relaxation Room" (ideally after your shower).

「恬靜間」的概念有點像是頭等貴賓室內的「恬逸間」，只是隱私程度當然有差。商務貴賓室版的就不是完全獨立的空間。不過使用的人似乎很少，所以應該不用太擔心。
The concept of the "Relaxation Room" is similar to the "Day Suites" in "The Pier" first class lounge, but of course the "Day Suites" are much more private. Although the daybeds here are not in fully isolated rooms, I hardly saw anyone here, so I wouldn't worry too much about privacy here.

木質的壁板和燈籠裝飾，馬上給人很放鬆的感覺。這裡的地毯也有特別加厚，避免走路時的聲響影響到其他旅客休息。
The wooden walls and lanterns are indeed very soothing and relaxing. Carpets here are also extra thick, so you won't be disturbed by other people walking around.

而躺椅的擺放一樣有考量到不同人數需求，有少數幾個是兩張躺椅擺在一起的。
The arrangement of the daybeds also had different group sizes in mind, so you'd see some of them are placed together.

如果我對「玉衡堂」的頭等貴賓室有著極高評價一樣，對於「玉衡堂」商務貴賓室，真的沒什麼好讓人批評的地方（除了插座之外）。不管是國泰在香港的其他貴賓室，或是其他航空公司在自家機場的貴賓室，都很難達到「玉衡堂」這樣的等級。「玉衡堂」在我心中的地位，早已不單是一個候機的空間而已，而是可以特別提早到機場，只為了在這邊待久一點的地方。「玉衡堂」就是如此讓人滿意。
I really enjoyed my time in "the Pier" business class lounge, just as I enjoyed my visit to "The Pier" first class lounge. I honestly didn't have anything negative to say about the lounge (except the power sockets). I'd say "the Pier" really makes it difficult for other lounges (including the other Cathay Pacific lounge in Hong Kong, as well as other airline lounge at their home base) to reach its league. "The Pier" is more than just a place to wait before my flight, but a destination in and of itself. I'd schedule extra time for my next visit to Hong Kong Airport just to spend some more time here. And that's how amazing "the Pier" is.

The Arrival
賞心堂是位於非管制區內的貴賓室，專門提供給頭等、商務、馬可孛羅會金卡、鑽石卡，以及寰宇一家綠寶石卡會員作為入境貴賓室。位於機場快線站的下層，對於第一次使用的旅客來說可能會有點難找，不過稍微繞一下就可以看到使用國泰招牌大理石妝點的入口了。
The Arrival is the landside arrivals lounge for passengers in Cathay Pacific first and business class, and also Marco Polo Diamond, Gold, and OneWorld Emerald members. It's at the lower level of the airport express station, which may be difficult to locate for first timers, but you can soon find the signature marble entrance after a short search.

賞心堂的佔地不大，甚至可以說是非常小。但畢竟功能只是提供旅客簡單休息、淋浴或用餐的空間，所以還算堪用。
The Arrival is not a large lounge; in fact, its really small. But considering it's only a place for premium passengers to have a short rest, shower, or eat after their flight, the space is still sufficient.

這裡的長堤吧也兼作商務中心，擺放了幾台電腦提供旅客使用。如果需要列印功能，另一側的商務中心就配有印表機。
The Long Bar here doubles as a business center, with a few computers available. If you need to print stuff, you can use the computers on the other side of the lounge, which have printers available as well.

用餐區也非常的小，只有三～四張桌子，食物選擇也不多。如果是午、晚餐時段還會有另外提供菜單可以點餐。
The dining area is also tiny, with only three or four tables in total, and a very small buffet. There's also a separate menu available for lunch and dinner.

淋浴間應該是入境貴賓室最重要也最貼心的設施。畢竟如果剛結束長途航班，能夠先沖個澡再到市區開始一天的行程，真的是一件非常重要的事情啊。
Shower rooms are in my opinion the most important feature of an arrivals lounge. After all, it would really make a difference to have access to a shower after stepping off a long-haul flight and before heading into the city to start a long day.

賞心堂的另外一項重要服務就是行李寄放的服務。可以將行李交給服務人員，之後再憑號碼牌取回即可。
There's also a left luggage service here at the Arrival. Simply hand your bags to the staff, and you can retrieve them later by handing in your number slip.
