自從上次搭乘國泰頭等艙的美好經驗之後，就一直很想多搭國泰看看。所以這次日本關西的行程，就決定選搭國泰，回程還可以在香港轉機，順便在香港多玩幾天。
Since my wonderful experience flying Cathay Pacific First Class, I've been trying to fly more with them. So naturally Cathay Pacific became my first choice for this Kansai trip. I even added a stopover in Hong Kong on the return so I could spend a few days there.

國泰的優先報到櫃台位於第一航廈的四號櫃台，位置非常方便，辦完手續之後剛好可以直接上手扶梯出境。
Cathay Pacific's priority counters are located at island 4 in terminal 1, which is very convenient since they are right in front of the escalators to security and immigration.

商務艙跟馬可孛羅會員都可以使用優先報到櫃台，而且人非常少，完全不需要排隊。
Both Business Class passengers and Marco Polo members get to use the priority counter, and there was absolutely no wait at all.

順利通關之後，轉個彎上樓就可以來到國泰的貴賓室了。國泰在台北的貴賓室不大，在尖峰時段可能會比較擁擠一點。
After security and immigration, I turned left and went upstairs to the Cathay Pacific lounge. Cathay Pacific's lounge in Taipei was quite small, so it could get crowded during rush hour.

進入貴賓室後，左側是偏向商務辦公的區域，有好幾台個人電腦（包括PC跟蘋果電腦）可以使用。這裡的每個座位旁邊也都有一組插座。
After entering the lounge, there's a business section immediately to the left, which several computers (PC and Mac) available. Each seat also has a set of power outlets.

再往裡面走就來到主要的貴賓室區域，其實一看就知道配備十分簡單，也沒什麼特別亮眼之處。大部份的人都會選擇靠牆邊的座位，因為在這區只有那邊有插座。
Then there's the main lounge area, which is quite simple and nothing to write home about. Most people would choose to set next to the wall, since there's where the power outlets are.

而這間貴賓室最好的特色就是有「風味坊」提供現點現做的麵食。而且每碗份量不大，可以多吃幾種。吃過一輪之後，覺得牛肉麵跟麻醬麵最好吃！
The highlight of the lounge is the noodle bar, which offers made to order noodle dishes. The portion of each dish was small so it wouldn't be difficult to try out a few of them. After ordering everything available, I found the beef noodle and the one with sesame paste most delicious.

除了麵食之外，其他的食物就很普通了。只有簡單的點心、輕食跟飲料而已。不用期望能在這邊吃一餐。
Other than that, the food offering in the lounge was mediocre. Only some snacks, finger sandwiches, and drinks were available. Don't expect to make a meal out of them.

這次三段航程中剛好搭到三種不同的商務艙，這段搭的是新的區域型商務艙，舊的區域型商務艙和長程反魚骨商務艙則會在之後的文章中逐一介紹。
For the three segments of this trip I lucked out and had three different business class seats. For this segment it's the new regional business class, and I'll review the old regional seats, and the new long-haul reverse herringbone seats in the coming entries.

國泰在 B777-300 採取 2-3-2 的商務艙配置（A330 則是 2-2-2）。以商務艙來說，還有中間座位實在是不甚理想。
On the B777-300s, CX has a 2-3-2 layout for business class (and 2-2-2 on the A330s). Having a middle seat certainly isn't ideal for business class nowadays.

國泰的新區域型商務艙其實大致符合現在多數亞洲航空公司的區域型商務艙（例如長榮、新航、泰航、全日空），不過國泰在座椅能後躺的角度就大輸了，能往後躺的角度是小到我一度還以為座位控制器壞掉的程度。雖然說以這次的飛行時間來說還可以接受，但如果是需要休息的紅眼航班，我一定會全力避免搭這種商務艙。
Cathay Pacific's new regional business class was mostly in line with other Asian carrier's regional seats (such as EVA Air, Singapore, Thai, and ANA). However, Cathay Pacific's seats were way worse in terms of recline. These seats reline so little I even thought the controls were broken. Even though it was acceptable since I was taking a day flight, I'd avoid it in the future if I had to take a redeye.

另外，在置物空間上，國泰的座位也比較有限，只有扶手下有一點空間，還有螢幕旁有一個可以放手機的地方而已。
These seats also had very limited storage space. There's only a small space under the armrest, and another space for cellphones next to the screen.

畢竟飛行時間不長，順利起飛之後沒多久，空服員就立刻開始送餐了。首先是哈密瓜跟火腿前菜。
Since the flight time was short, meal service started right after we reached altitude, starting with the parma and cantaloupe appetizer.

麵包則是從麵包籃直接挑選。之前看過許多網友抱怨國泰的大蒜麵包非常難吃，但我自己的經驗倒覺得沒那麼糟。
A selection of bread was offered out of a basket. I've seen many people complain about how bad Cathay Pacific's garlic bread was, but I actually didn't find it to be that bad.

隨後空服員會推著推車，把各種主菜端出來直接讓乘客選擇。我很喜歡這樣的方式，因為可以實際看過菜色之後再選擇，避免菜單跟食物落差很大的狀況。而我選的日式牛肉捲也是真的很不錯！
After that, the flight attendants would push out a trolley with all the options for main course on it. I liked it better than ordering straight from the menu, since I get to actually see the food first and wouldn't be "surprised." And the Japanese beef roll I chose turned out to be just as good as it looked.

午餐最後以 Haagen-Dazs 冰淇淋和港式奶茶作結。其實用餐完畢後沒多久也就準備開始下降了，雖然這次航程短，但是服務讓人印象很不錯（硬體就還好）！
I finished the meal with some Haagen-Dazs ice cream and Hong Kong milk tea, and we started our descent shortly after. It was a short flight but I was quite impressed by the service (not the hard product though).
