在這篇住宿紀錄一開始我就必須先說，這次的入住經驗非常糟糕。飯店唯一的優點就是和機場大廳直接連通，走路大約五分鐘就可以走到。除此之外，真的沒有什麼其他值得讚賞之處。未來只要有其他選擇，我一定不會再選擇入住這間飯店。

I must start by saying that I had an awful experience here. The only good thing I can say about this hotel is that it is attached to the terminal and can be reached within five minutes walk. Other than that, there's nothing to praise about this property.

在辦理入住的時候，工作人員從頭到尾都沒有提到金卡會員的相關福利（房型升等、250點歡迎點數、免費網路等等），感覺也是只想把手續辦完，沒有一點友善的樣子。而且在我詢問能否使用點數升等到 Club Room 的時候，也是直接拒絕，說使用點數升等必須事先申請無法臨櫃辦理。這很明顯就是錯誤的，因為喜達屋集團的 Instant Awards 就是設計給會員在飯店隨時申請，我過去也曾經在辦理入住時用點數升等過很多次。顯然飯店對於前台工作人員的訓練必須要再加強。

During check-in, the staff never mentioned any of the Gold Preferred Guest benefits (room upgrade, 250 points, free internet, etc.). It felt like he was only going through the procedures and was in no mood to be friendly at all. When I asked if I could use my points to upgrade myself to a Club Room, he directly refused, stating that all upgrade requests should be made in advance and there's nothing he could do at check-in. This is clearly false since upgrading at check-in is the whole point of SPG's Instant Awards, and I have upgraded myself with points at check-in many times before. Obviously more training should be done here.

至於客房，整個房間就是很普通的機場飯店基本房型。配備中規中矩但也沒有什麼亮點。浴室雖然有乾濕分離的獨立淋浴間和浴缸，不過兩者都非常小。

As for the room itself, it was a very basic and ordinary airport hotel room. They had all the basic stuff but nothing stood out as well. The bathroom had separate shower and bath, but both were way too small to use comfortably.

臥室空間還算寬敞，不會有很擁擠的感覺。比較讓人訝異的是，房內沒有附上任何一個電源轉接頭，通常這在機場飯店都是必備的配備。而且我打去櫃檯詢問能否租借之後，得到的回答竟然是只供販售而不租借，感覺真的非常小氣！我了解飯店可能怕被偷或什麼的，但完全不提供房客借用，未免有點太不貼心。另外飯店提供的免費瓶裝水，也是我看過最小瓶的！處處顯現出這間飯店的「節儉」。

The bedroom, on the other hand, did not feel cramped at all. Though surprisingly there were no power adaptors anywhere in the room. I thought it was a standard amenity in airport hotels but obviously not here. When I called the service line to ask if I can borrow one, I was shocked to find out they only had them for sale, which felt really cheap to me. I understand they might have concerns about the adaptors never being returned, but straight out denying a guest to borrow one was perhaps a bit too much. Also, the complimentary bottled water offered by the hotel was without doubt the smallest bottle I've ever seen anywhere, which further showed how "thrifty" this hotel was.

也因為插座規格不合，我完全無法充電的狀況，我只好早早入睡，隔天再一早前往機場貴賓室工作。只能說對於這間飯店，真的非常失望！

Due to the lack of power adaptors, I could not charge my laptop. So I had to go to bed early, leave the hotel early next morning, and work at the lounge. Needless to say I was extremely disappointed by this property.
