我在班機起飛前大約一個半小時才到機場，這時候報到櫃台前面已經幾乎沒有人了，頭等艙的櫃台當然更是完全不需要排隊。在辦理手續的時候，我順便問了一下原本被保留為嬰兒搖籃座位的 1A 是不是還空著，也就很幸運地被換到這個座位了。
I only got to the airport about 1.5 hours before scheduled departure, and by then the check-in counters were already quite empty. Naturally there was no line at the first class counter and I was processed in no time. I asked if 1A, which was originally blocked as a bassinet seat, was open; and luckily it was, so I switched to 1A.

星空聯盟頭等艙的乘客，在法蘭克福機場可以使用德航的金卡貴賓室，同樣的貴賓室我在上次搭乘新航豪華套房的時候已經造訪過，所以這次就不特別再贅述了。

我選了一張靠窗的躺椅，一邊喝飲料一邊欣賞每架經過的飛機。
I grabbed some drinks and enjoyed the view of the tarmac from one of the lounge chairs facing the windows.

為了提早上飛機，我大約在登機時間前五分鐘就到了登機門。不過幾乎是我一到地勤就宣布開始登機，所以我也就立刻上了飛機。奇怪的是，雖然空服員有在門口歡迎乘客，但並沒有引導我到我的座位。而且直到我坐下之後，也是過了好一陣子才來自我介紹跟提供迎賓飲料。這是這趟航程中，我認為服務稍不周延的地方。
I wanted to be the first ones on the plane, so went to the gate about five minutes before scheduled boarding. Surprisingly boarding started early and was announced right after I arrived, so I was on board in no time. Oddly though, while I was greeted by the crew at the door, no one escorted me to my seat. It also took them a while after I sat down to come and introduce themselves and offer me a welcome drink. This was the one little service hiccup I had during this trip.

韓亞航在747上的頭等艙屬於舊型的頭等艙座椅，不只空間不足、設備陳舊，隱私度也很差。但至少座椅還算是舒適，而且能夠坐在747的機鼻最前端，感覺也很特別。
Asiana's had their old first class seats on board the 747s. Compared to other first class seats in the market, they were small, old, and lacked privacy. But at least the seat was comfortable, and it's always special to be seated at the front of the nose of a 747.

1A和1K前方是衣櫃，主要是存放乘客的外套還有空服員的行李箱，但他們也讓我把我的登機箱放在這裡，如果需要取用的話比較方便。
In front of seats 1A and 1K was the closet. Normally it was used to store coats and the crew's carry-ons, but the offered to put my carry-on there so it would be easier for me to access it.

可惜睡衣樣式不是很好看，穿起來也沒有國泰頭等艙的PYE睡衣來得舒服。
Sadly the pajamas were not the most appealing ones, and certainly weren't as comfortable as the PYE pajamas offered by Cathay Pacific.

While the amenity kit looked quite mediocre, it did offer a full set of Bulgari products.

Since Asiana did not provide alcohol on the ground, I ordered a glass of coke with lemon.

在起飛之後，空服員也送上了菜單。因為這天頭等艙的乘客不多，我特別問了空服員能否讓我除了西式餐點之外，多點一份韓亞航著名的韓式拌飯。在確認數量還足夠之後，她也相當大方地答應了。
Menus were distributed after take-off. Since first class was less than half-full today, I asked if I could also have the bibimbap in addition to my Western meal. After making sure there was enough for everyone, my flight attendant generously agreed.

After that, the flight attendants came to set my table. They also placed a rose on my table, which made the setting much more elegant.

所以說當空服員清空我的桌面，送上這一大盤韓式拌飯的時候，還真的是嚇壞我了！不只各種配料齊全，份量也是超乎想像。所以儘管味道是無可挑剔的美味，我還是沒有辦法吃完一整份。
So imagine my shock when the flight attendants cleared my table and gave me this gigantic bibimbap set. It came with all the side dishes and the portion was beyond my expectation. Even though it was flawless and super delicious, I still couldn't manage to finish everything.

最後的起司、水果還有甜點，其實我已經完全吃不下了，但空服員還是堅持幫我送上，我也只好打起精神吃了幾口。
I was already completely full at this point, but the flight attendants still insisted on serving me my cheese, fruit, and dessert. So I took one for the team and had a few bites.

用餐完後，空服員幫我在 1K 鋪了床。不過畢竟是舊型的座椅，即使座椅放平之後也感覺不是完全平躺，再加上床墊也還是沒有非常好睡，所以我最後把座位立起來一些，比較能舒服地「躺著」看電影，一直到兩三個小時過後我才睡著。
After dinner was completed, I asked to have my bed made in 1K. I did not get much sleep though as the seat was quite old and didn't really go fully flat. It was still quite uncomfortable even after the mattress pad was added. So I moved my seat slightly upright so I could watch some movies "in bed," I finally fell asleep two to three hours later.

在睡了大約兩小時之後，我也剛好在降落前兩小時醒來，準備吃早餐。空服員一看到我醒來後，就來幫我點餐，還有送上一杯柳橙汁跟熱毛巾。
After about two hours of sleep, I woke up at exactly two hours before landing, ready for breakfast. Once one of the flight attendants saw me awake, she immediately came and asked me what I would like for breakfast, and gave me a glass of orange juice and a hot towel.

在被韓式拌飯驚艷過後，其實我對早餐是有一些期待的，可惜最後整體表現都很普通，只有主菜稍微出色一些。
After my pleasant surprise by the bibimbap, my expectations were high for breakfast. Though it turned out to be nothing spectacular. Only the main dish was slightly satisfying.

用餐完畢之後，空服員也來向每位乘客一一致謝，並請我們填寫意見卡。我有在意見卡上寫說我很期待搭乘韓亞航新的A380客機，而最後在道別的時候她也有特別跟我提到這點，所以他們是真的有立刻閱讀意見卡的！
After breakfast, the flight attendants came to thank each passenger, and asked us to fill out a comment card. I mentioned that I was really looking forward to try out their new A380, and one of them mentioned that to me when saying goodbye, so they do read all their comment cards!

最後降落前，機上還會播放一套機上運動的影片。我是不知道有多少乘客會跟著做，但至少當天頭等艙裡是沒有。另外也順便說一下，韓亞航的機上娛樂系統大概是我看過最差強人意的。大多以韓國節目為主，西方的電影和影集都非常少，對於外國旅客來說選擇真的不多。
Before landing, they would play one of these on-board exercise tutorials. I'm not sure how many passengers actually did it, but at least no one in first class did. I also wanted to note that the entertainment system Asiana had was perhaps the worst I've ever seen. It had mostly Korean shows and had very limited Western movie and films. So foreign passengers are really left with very limited options.

在抵達仁川機場之後，空服員也有確保頭等艙旅客優先離開，所以我是第一個到達轉機的安檢入口的，很快也就通過安檢，往韓亞航頭等貴賓室前進。
After landing at Incheon Airport, the crew also made sure that all first class passengers left first. So I was the first one at the transfer security, and was on my way to the first class lounge in no time.

依照韓亞航的規定，如果是當天搭乘韓亞航頭等艙抵達，且轉乘的航班（當然要是韓亞航或是星空聯盟航班）並無頭等艙的話，即便轉乘航班是搭商務艙，還是可以使用頭等貴賓室的。
According to Asiana's rules, if you're an arriving Asiana first class passenger, and the connecting flight (Asiana or Star Alliance-operated, of course) does not have first class, you'd get first class lounge access even when you're only flying in business class later.

韓亞航的頭等貴賓室佈置得非常典雅，而且空間也相當大。裡面有各式各樣的設施，像是商務中心、休憩間、按摩椅、電視間等等，再加上使用的旅客不多，每個人都可以找到適合自己的空間。唯一比較讓人納悶的地方，就是讓人睡覺的休憩間是擺在貴賓室最外圍、最靠近航廈，也就是最吵雜的地方，反而讓人很難安靜休息。
The Asiana First Class Lounge was beautifully decorated, with plenty of space everywhere. They had many different spaces available, including a business center, relaxation rooms, tv rooms, and massage chairs. Oddly though, the "relaxation rooms," which were meant for sleeping, were placed at the outer part of the lounge closest to the rest of the terminal (i.e. the noisiest part of the lounge), and that made it very hard to sleep inside.

淋浴間非常寬敞，也提供歐舒丹的沐浴用品。不過淋浴設備本身倒是很簡單，而且不知道是什麼原因，我在淋浴的時候會一直有奇怪的嘰嘰聲，害我不敢洗得太久，匆匆沖完澡就離開了。
The shower rooms were spacious and offered L'Occitane products. But it only had a regular shower head, and was making a squeaking noise throughout my shower. So I only had a quick shower and left.

至於頭等貴賓室的主要空間，佈置得像是高級的客廳或是書房一樣，中間還有一架鋼琴。座位也大多有分區擺設，維持客人的隱私。
The main seating area of the lounge was decorated like an upscale living room and study. The seats were divided into different sections so each set of seats had some privacy.

比起其他的頭等貴賓室，韓亞航在餐點選擇上稍微相形失色一些，不只沒有額外的菜單可供點餐，自助餐檯上的選擇也不多。不過檯面上的食物都非常好吃，值得稱許。貴賓室內也有提供小杯的 Haagen-Dazs 冰淇淋，旅客取用後服務人員補充得也很快。
Compared to other first class lounges, Asiana's food offerings was a place for improvement. They did not have a separate menu, and the buffet selections were also limited. Those on offer, though, were all quite delicious. They also had Haagen-Dazs ice cream available, and the staffs never hesitated to offer more.

我在這個貴賓室待了六七個小時，才前往衛星航廈搭乘長榮航班回台灣。中間貴賓室內其他的旅客從來不超過十幾個，再加上服務也很好，感覺真的像是整間貴賓室只有自己一樣，是非常好的一次經驗。
I spent about six to seven hours in this lounge before my EVA Air flight back to Taiwan. During this time, there was never more than a dozen people in this lounge at any time, and service was always attentive. I almost felt like I had the lounge to myself, and it was certainly a wonderful experience.
