為了得到最完整的頭等體驗，雖然只是在新加坡轉機，我還是特地入境之後，再到新航位於第三航廈的頭等艙專屬迎賓中心報到。新加坡機場的出入境一直都非常迅速，所以也沒有多花太多時間。

To experience the full First Class experience, I still went through immigration and checked in again at Singapore Airline's dedicated First Class Check-In facility in Terminal 3, despite the fact that I was only transferring in Singapore. Luckily the lines at immigration are always short in Changi Airport, so I breezed through in no time.

這是我第二次造訪，整個迎賓中心就和三年前來的時候一樣，在門口就有親切的工作人員招呼，立刻接過行李並引導到其中一個報到桌。迎賓中心裡面也有不少座位可以休息，但因為整個過程非常迅速流暢，其實真的用不太到。

It's my second visit to the facility, and everything looked exactly the same as they were three years ago. I was warmly welcomed at the entrance and shown to one of the desks. There were also plenty of extra seating, though they weren't quite necessary as the check-in process was swiftly completed in no time at all.

地勤人員迅速完成報到手續，還附上「The Private Room」貴賓室的專屬邀請卡，接著就帶我一路走到新航頭等艙專屬的通關櫃台。從頭到尾花了不到五分鐘時間。

The staff quickly handed me my boarding pass and an invitation to "the Private Room" lounge. Then she escorted me to the dedicated First Class immigration counter. I was through in less than five minutes after I set foot in the check-in facility.

完成通關之後，可以立刻看到通往新航銀刃貴賓室的手扶梯。

The dedicated immigration line led straight to the escalators to the SilverKris Lounge.

而門口的工作人員在看到我的貴賓室邀請卡之後，也立刻親自帶著我穿過商務艙跟頭等艙貴賓室，來到新航頭等艙、豪華套房旅客專屬的「The Private Room」貴賓室。

After the staff at the lounge entrance saw my invitation card, she personally escorted me through the Business and First Class sections to "the Private Room," the exclusive lounge reserved for Singapore Airlines First Class and Suites passengers.

整間貴賓室就和上次造訪的時候一樣美，而且人還是非常少。

The lounge was just as gorgeous as I remembered from my last visit, and it was completely empty.

剛到的時候還不餓，只點了水、柳橙汁，還有水果盤。雖然水果盤並沒有在菜單上，但服務人員還是願意幫我做一盤，還很用心地擺得很美！常常說頭等和商務艙最大的差別就在服務，在這裡就完完全全地展現出來了。

I wasn't quite hungry when I first arrived, so only ordered water, orange juice, and a fruit plate. Even though the fruit plate wasn't an item on the menu, the staff had no problem making me one, and even presented it beautifully. I always say the difference between Business and First Class is the service, and I think that's perfectly demonstrated here.

這時窗外剛好停著新加坡建國50周年特別塗裝的A380，只可惜這裡的窗戶並不是很適合拍照。

I was lucky to find the A380 with the special SG50 livery parked right outside the lounge, but sadly the windows here weren't quite photography-friendly.

休息一陣子之後，終於有點餓了，才移動到餐廳。在「The Private Room」，也可以選擇先跟服務人員點餐，他們會在餐點準備好之後，再引導你到餐廳用餐。

After a couple hours I was in the mood for some food. So I decided to move to the dining area. You can also place your order to any of the lounge staffs first, and they will escort you to the dining area once the food is ready.

餐廳裡面也有小小的自助餐台，不過都是以輕食居多，主要餐點都還是以點餐方式為主。

There's a small buffet section in the dining area, but it mostly consisted of snacks and finger food. All the main dishes are a la carte.

主餐的話，當然要點「The Private Room」最著名的牛肉鵝肝漢堡還有龍蝦了。這次的龍蝦，可以說是我吃過最好吃的龍蝦，沒有之一。

As for the main course, I had to order the famous beef and foie gras burger and lobster dish. The lobster dish was the best lobster I've ever had, period.

吃完之後還覺得意猶未盡，於是有點了之前沒吃過的新菜色：義大利麵還有鱸魚，也都一樣非常美味。

I was still craving for more, so decided to order some new dishes, capellini and sea bass. Both dishes were delicious as well.

餐後再以冰淇淋作結。就連冰淇淋都可以有這麼精緻的擺盤，也是在「The Private Room」才能享有的體驗。

I had some ice cream to finish. At "the Private Room," even ice cream is beautifully presented.

吃飽之後，因為轉機時間還很長，決定到處走走，也逛逛沒有造訪過的銀刃貴賓室頭等區。頭等區主要是供星空聯盟頭等艙旅客，還有新航 Solitaire PPS Club 會員使用。

I still had plenty of time after the superb meal, so decided to walk around in the lounge and check out the First Class section, which is mainly for Star Alliance First Class passengers and Singapore Airline's Solitaire PPS Club members.

頭等區就以自助餐為主，沒有點餐服務。不過各種餐點還是很豐富，也有些「The Private Room」沒有的選擇。如果想要的話，不妨出來頭等區拿些食物回「The Private Room」吃，也是可以的。

The First Class section had a buffet section (no a la carte service) with plenty of food to choose from. Some of the items weren't even available in "the Private Room." So technically you can also bring food from the First Class section back to "the Private Room" if you like.

「The Private Room」的淋浴間則和商務區沒有太大區別，最大的問題仍然是沒有馬桶。不過除此之外，各項配備還是很不錯的，也有提供 Ferragamo 的備品。

Shower rooms in "the Private Room" were identical to the ones in the rest of the lounge. The biggest issue I have is the lack of toilets, but other than that it's a perfectly fine lounge, and came with Ferragamo amenities.

很快地就到了登機時間，我也下樓到A2登機門準備登機。豪華套房的旅客有專屬的優先登機通道，所以我也是第一個登機的。

Soon it was time for boarding, and I headed to gate A2 for boarding. They had a dedicated priority line for Suites Class, so I was the first to board when boarding was announced.

在空服組員歡迎我登機的時候，我就知道今天一定會有非常完美的服務了。除了有一位空服員親自走出豪華套房的專屬空橋迎接之外，每一位當天負責我這一區的空服員也都一一前來自我介紹並歡迎我搭乘。當他們看到我在到處拍照的時候，也很自動地留給我空間慢慢拍照，在我拍完後，又可以立刻出現並提供迎賓飲料給我。

I knew instantly that I had a great crew for this flight when they welcomed me. Not only did one of the crew personally walk down the dedicated jet bridge for Suites Class to escort me to the plane, every member of the crew working Suites Class that day came to introduce themselves after I boarded. They also gave me room to take as many pictures as I'd like. After I finally settled down, they immediately appeared and offered me a welcome drink.

接著來到了每每搭乘新航最大的難題：要香檳王還是Krug香檳？因為還沒喝過2006年版本的香檳王，所以決定先來一杯。

I was also showered with more goodies, including a set of pajamas, socks and slippers, and an amenity kit by Salvatore Ferragamo.

豪華套房的菜單也一樣被放在精美的皮套裡。這個航班的餐點服務包括起飛後的晚餐，還有降落前的歐陸式早餐。

The menu came in a beautiful leather cover. On this flight, a full dinner was offered after take-off, and a small continental breakfast before landing.
