寰宇一家聯盟在新加坡樟宜機場有兩間貴賓室，分別是英航和澳航貴賓室。不過因為兩間貴賓室都在第一航廈，馬航使用的是第二航廈，所以馬航安排旅客使用第二航廈的 SATS 貴賓室。當然，如果不介意多走一些路的話，還是可以使用英航和澳航貴賓室的。這次我就選擇利用轉機時間跑遍三間貴賓室，先從第二航廈 SATS 貴賓室開始。
The Oneworld alliance operates two lounges in Singapore Changi Airport, the British Airways Lounge, and the Qantas Lounge. Both lounges are located in terminal 1, and since Malaysia Airlines flies out of terminal 2, their guests were invited to use the SATS Premier Lounge in terminal 2. Of course, if you don't mind the long walk, you could still use the British Airways Lounge and Qantas Lounge. Since I have plenty of time on my hands, I decided to do some lounge hopping and try all three.

中午時段的SATS貴賓室很空，但整間貴賓室的裝潢其實有點單調，大部份的區域就是以一排接著一排的座位為主。
The SATS Premier Lounge was very empty right after noon with plenty of empty seats. Although the lounge itself was quite boring. Most of it were just rows after rows of seats.

貴賓室內的餐點比我想像中的豐盛許多，一般對於這種非航空公司自營的簽約貴賓室的期待都不會太高，沒想到提供的餐點種類很多元，各種冷、熱食都有很多選擇。
The food spread was better than expected though, most of the time I have very low expectations for contract lounges, but they have plenty of cold and hot options on offer.

廁所內也有淋浴間，不過裡面並沒有提供備品，不太確定是要再向服務人員索取，還是完全沒有供應。
Shower rooms are located in the restrooms, but there were no toiletries in them. I'm not sure you're supposed to ask for them, or that they weren't provided at all.

在 SATS 貴賓室只待了一下下，就往澳航貴賓室出發。因為在香港澳航貴賓室的經驗非常好，所以非常期待看看澳航在新加坡的貴賓室，是不是也能有一樣完美的體驗。
I only spent a short time in the SATS Premier Lounge before moving to the Qantas Lounge. I've had a few great visits to the Qantas Hong Kong Lounge, so was very looking forward to see if the Qantas Singapore Lounge would be just as good.

還不知道是不是各地的澳航貴賓室都是如此，不過澳航不論是在香港或新加坡的貴賓室都非常地寬敞，大到一個不像是外站貴賓室的地步。
I'm not sure if it is the case for all Qantas Lounges worldwide, but both the Qantas Hong Kong Lounge and the Qantas Singapore Lounge were massive. The lounges were so spacious to the point that it's hard to believe these were outstation lounges.

貴賓室各區有稍微不同的座位設計，不過設計上我認為還是輸國泰的新貴賓室一截，少了一點比較居家的舒適感。
The seats in each section of the lounge varies slightly. But while the design here is fun and modern, it lacks a certain "residential" comfort found in the new Cathay Pacific Lounges.

雖然貴賓室各處都有自助的飲料檯，不過需要任何飲料，其實都可以到酒吧來直接跟現場服務人員點，他們都很樂意幫忙。

按照慣例，澳航貴賓室都會有每日的特餐，今天的特餐有兩項：椰漿飯和酥炸豬肉豆腐沙拉。豬肉真的非常好吃，相較之下椰漿飯雖然也算美味，但就沒有那麼突出。
As usual, they had a few daily specials, Nasi Lemak and Crispy Pork & Tofu Salad. The pork was simply sublime. So while the Nasi Lemak was good as well, it was less impressive than the pork.

吃飽之後當然就要來使用一下淋浴間，這裡的的淋浴間雖然簡單，但至少設備很齊全，空間也不會太小。
I requested to use the shower room after my massive meal. While the shower rooms here were quite basic, it was spacious and had everything I needed.

入口處旁有專門為英航頭等艙乘客設置的 Concorde Bar，可惜這次還無法進入。
There was a separate Concorde Bar exclusively for passengers flying First Class with BA, so sadly I couldn't get access to it this time.

在設計上我比較喜歡英航的貴賓室設計，比澳航貴賓是來得讓人放鬆一些。
Aesthetically I prefer the British Airways Lounge to the Qantas Lounge. I felt that the furnishing made the lounge more relaxing to be in.

Sadly as it was still in the early afternoon, food at the buffet was very limited. Go to the Qantas Lounge if good food is your first priority.

既然都有參觀過澳航貴賓室的淋浴間了，當然也要看一下英航貴賓室的淋浴間。相較之下空間比較小一些，但淋浴設備比較高級一點。
As I've visited the Qantas Lounge shower rooms, it wouldn't be fair if I didn't check out the shower rooms in the British Airways Lounge. The shower room here was smaller, relatively speaking, but had a better shower.

Since security was done at individual gates in Singapore, I didn't stay long in the lounge, and went to the gate early, with plenty of time to spare.

登機時間還算準時。雖然登機後看到是舊版商務艙座位有點失望，不過航程不到一小時的狀況下也沒什麼好要求的。
Boarding was called on time(-ish). Although I was slightly disappointed to see that I got the old business class eats, they were fine for a sub-one hour flight.

坐定位之後，空服員一樣有提供迎賓飲料。這時候就要來杯紅芭樂汁囉。
After I got seated, the flight attendants came to offer me a welcome drink. I, as usual, asked for a glass of pink guava juice.

隨後也有提供熱毛巾。有時候馬航也會提供冰毛巾，不過何時提供熱毛巾，又何時提供冰毛巾的標準不是很清楚。
It was followed by a hot towel. Sometimes Malaysia Airlines also offers cold towels, but their criteria for offering hot or cold towels were rather unclear.

即便實際飛行時間不到一小時，馬航在商務艙一樣有提供熱餐服務。雖然只是簡單的沙嗲，但還是很開心啊！
A hot meal (of sorts) was still offered despite our flight time being less than one hour. It was only a plate of satay, but I was happy to have them nonetheless.

沙嗲一樣非常好吃，也有附飲料跟 Lindt 巧克力。
The satay was delicious as usual, and came with a drink and a Lindt chocolate.

比較可惜的是在馬航在短程航線，看起來是完全不會提供菜單，也不提供任何酒類。雖然說主食只有一種的狀況下，確實是不需要菜單，不過也因此無法得知有哪些飲料選擇，還是稍微可惜了一點。
Sadly, it looks like Malaysia Airlines has cut menus and alcoholic drinks completely on short-haul flights. I certainly didn't need a menu when there's only one meal choice, but I also lost the opportunity to consult the menu for other drink options, which was a slight annoyance, and my only criticism for this flight.
