自從新的玉衡堂商務貴賓室開放之後，只要每次從香港出發，一定都會想辦法提早到機場，留時間在玉衡堂好好享受一下。
Ever since the opening of Cathay Pacific's the Pier Business Class Lounge, I always try to schedule extra time in Hong Kong Airport so I can enjoy the lounge.

感覺從玉衡堂開放到現在，名聲有慢慢開始傳開，所以使用的旅客也變得越來越多了。儘管如此，因為貴賓室空間真的很大，所以還是不用擔心找不到位子。
The lounge has been opened for about six months now, and it's obvious that its reputation has started to spread, as there are more and more guests each time I visit. But since the lounge is so huge, I never had a problem finding a seat.

因為玉衡堂位置比較遠的關係，走到登機門花了一點時間，這時候已經開始登機了，商務艙大部份客人都已經坐定，就不方便拍太多客艙的照片。不過國泰的區域型商務艙也已經搭過很多次了，可以看這裡、這裡、這裡和這裡。
Since the Pier was a bit further away from my gate, it took me some time to walk, and boarding had already started when I got to the gate area. As most business class passengers were already seated at this point, I didn't take any pictures of the cabin. I have reviewed Cathay Pacific's regional business class many times though, you can read them here, here, here, and here.

雖然早餐時段通常不會主動提供香檳（或各種酒類），但依照我的經驗，只要跟空服員要，通常還是有的。
Cathay Pacific doesn't usually proactively offer champagne (or any alcoholic drinks, in fact) during breakfast hours, but according to my experience, the flight attendants are always glad to provide them when requested.

往新加坡的航班長達四個小時，所以餐飲服務也比較完整。就算是早餐，也是會分成好幾道來上。
The flight to Singapore was four hours long, so the meal service was more "complete" than other regional flights. Multiple courses were offered even for breakfast.

首先在餐前會先送一次飲料。這時候就不點香檳了，搭配早餐先喝杯柳橙汁。
First, a drink service was provided before the actual meal. I opted out of the champagne at this point, and just ordered some orange juice.

接著送上水果盤，另外也會有麵包籃可以選擇。我只選了可頌。
Then the meal started with a fruit plate, and a selection from the bread basket. I had a croissant, which was good.

水果盤的擺盤擺得不錯，但如果選擇能再多一些的話會更好。
The fruit plate was nicely presented, but I'd appreciate a little more variety.

等到水果盤吃完之後，就會送上優格跟麥片。因為在貴賓室已經吃了不少東西，我就跳過麥片，只選了藍莓優格。
After the fruit plate is the yogurt and cereal course. Since I've already eaten quite a bit in the lounge, I skipped the cereal and only had some blueberry yogurt.

接著空服員一樣會把主菜用推車推出來，讓客人可以直接選擇。
They they'd roll out the main courses, as usual, so the passengers get to choose their main course directly from the cart.

之前已經吃過國泰商務艙的西式早餐和港式點心，這次就特別選了比較不一樣的粥配腸粉。腸粉的味道很普通，但能在飛機上吃到熱粥還是很不錯。
I've already had the western breakfast and dim sum on my past flights with Cathay Pacific, so decided to try something different this time and order the congee and stir-fried rice roll. The rice roll was.rather mediocre, but it was nice to have a hot congee in the air.

以四小時的航班來說，國泰區域型商務艙的座椅就顯得有點不足了。畢竟椅子無法平躺（連斜躺都稱不上），要休息就比較困難，在早上特別想睡的時候更是讓人痛苦。建議之後訂票的時候，如果時間可以配合，可以盡量挑有搭配長程商務艙座位的航班，會讓整趟旅程舒服很多。
For a four-hour flight, Cathay Pacific's regional business class product becomes insufficient. After all, the seat wasn't fully flat (not even close to lie-flat actually), so it's hard to get a good rest out of it. It's especially difficult during a early morning flight when sleep was just about the most important thing. So I'd really recommend booking a flight with long-haul business class product on this route if you have the flexibility to do so.
