這趟旅程的重點其實是由香港出發的新航頭等艙＋豪華套房之旅（敬請期待！），但為了到香港，得先另外開一張票。剛好幾年前衝愛琴海航空金卡，帳戶剩下的21000哩剛好可以兌換一張星空聯盟亞洲區商務艙機票。不過如果只是單純換一張長榮從台北飛香港的商務艙，好像又有點太無聊了，才決定換韓亞航的票，繞遠一點到首爾轉機。過去只有搭過從法蘭克福到首爾的頭等艙，這次剛好可以體驗一下韓亞航的商務艙。
This flight was just a positioning flight for my big trip on Singapore Airlines First and Suites Class (coming soon, stay tuned!). It so happened that I had exactly 21000 miles with Aegean Airlines, which I earned when doing a status run for their Gold card a few years back. So I used that for a Star Alliance Business Class award in Asia. A direct flight from Taipei to Hong Kong on EVA Air would be too boring, so I was looking for some more interesting routing, and found availability on Asiana via Seoul. It's a long way from Taipei to Hong Kong, but it also gave me the chance to sample Asiana's business class product as I've only experienced their first class product from Frankfurt to Seoul in the past.

已經許久沒有來到桃園機場第二航廈，花了一點時間才找到韓亞航的報到櫃檯。韓亞航在桃園機場的地勤工作由長榮代理，但地勤人員相當專業有效率，很迅速地就印好了登機證。
It's been a while since I last visited Taipei Taoyuan Airport's Terminal 2, so it took some time to locate the check-in counters for Asiana. Check-in was handled by EVA Air staff, and they completed the process in no time. I had my boarding pass in hand minutes after I got to the counter.

韓亞航乘客使用的是長榮航空貴賓室，商務艙旅客通常則是使用 The Infinity 貴賓室。一進門就會看到「Pepper」地勤機器人，看起來很酷，但具體功用為何是個未知。
Asiana Airlines passengers are invited to use the EVA Air Lounge, and business class passengers usually get assigned to the Infinity Lounge. They had the new "Pepper" robot stationed at the door, but it did not appear to have any practical function besides looking cool.

以主場貴賓室來說，這次 The Infinity 的食物真的不多，品質也有點讓人失望。在盛產各種水果的台灣，貴賓室內卻幾乎完全沒有水果，也是讓人傻眼。唯一亮點是莫凡彼的冰淇淋。
As a lounge in the airline's home base, the Infinity's food selection was very lacking. I was shocked to find that the fruit selection was close to non-existent, even when Taiwan was very well-known for its wide variety of fruits. The only highlight of this lounge was that they had Movenpick ice cream on offer.

在長榮貴賓室待了一下，就決定轉移陣地到另一間星空聯盟貴賓室：新航銀刃貴賓室。只要憑星空聯盟金卡或是星空聯盟航班商務艙登機證，都是可以進入的。
I just stayed briefly in the EVA Air lounge, before I decided to move to the other Star Alliance lounge option in Taipei Taoyuan Airport, the Singapore Airlines SilverKris Lounge. All Star Alliance Gold members and those flying business class on Star Alliance-operated flights have access to the lounge.

過去也曾經在馬爾地夫之旅時使用過這間貴賓室，當時印象就很好。過了幾年再度造訪，雖然稍舊了一些，但食物品質依然非常不錯。
I've visited this lounge in the past as well, on my trip to the Maldives, and had a great time. Even when the lounge seemed a bit dated at this point, the food quality was still superb.

雖然在餐點豐富程度和長榮貴賓室不相上下，不過口味真的好太多，每道菜都非常好吃，特別是新加坡的特色料理肉骨茶，我忍不住喝了三碗。
The food selection was about the same as the EVA Air Lounge in terms of variety, but way better in taste. All the dishes tasted wonderfully, especially the signature Singaporean Bak Kut Teh. I couldn't help but have three servings of it.

就連甜點起司蛋糕都很好吃。要不是要留點空間品嚐機上餐點，我還可以吃更多。
Even the cheese cake was superb. I could eat here all day if I didn't have to save some room for the food on board.

因為地面作業的關係，登機時間有稍微延後了一些。本想趁機多拍幾張飛機照，不過桃園機場的窗戶設計真的不太適合拍飛機。
Due to some extra work on the ground, boarding was slightly delayed. I tried to make use of the extra time by taking more pictures of the plane, but the windows here at the airport just wasn't cut out for airplane photography.

商務艙開始登機後，我是第一個登機的，所以可以拍到空的機艙照。韓亞航舊型（區域型）商務艙是很常見的斜躺設計，和華航、國泰、長榮、新航、全日空的區域型商務艙都有些類似。在A330機型上也是採取2-2-2配置。
I was the first to board after boarding for business class was announced, so had the rare opportunity to take a few shots at the empty cabin. The old (regional) business class product Asiana uses is the common angled-flat product similar to the regional business class product on China Airlines, Cathay Pacific, EVA Air, Singapore Airlines, and ANA. On the A330s, they had a 2-2-2 layout in business class.

但在客艙的配色上，不得不說韓亞航實在是有點...老氣了些。
However, when it comes to color schemes, I must say Asiana's look was the most...retro.

雖然座位是比較老舊的款式，但畢竟台北到首爾航程短，使用上還算舒適。但沒有提供毛毯和枕頭，頗讓人失望。
The seats were still a comfortable product for a short hop from Taipei to Seoul despite being quite old. The lack of pillows and blankets, on the other hand, was very disappointing.

座位前方有幾格小小的儲物空間，不過除了放鞋之外，好像很難有其他功用。
There were a few small storage spaces in front of the seat. But I could only imagine putting my shoes there and nothing else due to its space and location.

耳機和拖鞋是預先放好在每個座位上。耳機品質意外地算是不錯，至少比日航區域線讓人笑掉大牙的耳機好很多。
Slippers and headphones were placed at each seat before boarding, and the headphones Asiana had were surprisingly good, at least much better than the pathetic ones on JAL's regional product.

這段航班的空服員服務非常好，一登機時就相當溫暖親切地歡迎我登機，也立刻詢問我是否需要掛外套。然後也馬上端了迎賓飲料讓每位乘客選擇。可惜這段航班沒有提供香檳，只有柳橙汁和水可以選。
Service was excellent on this flight. I was warmly welcomed when I boarded, and the flight attendant immediately offered to hang my coat. Then they quickly brought out a tray of welcome drinks, consisting of orange juice and water (no champagne, sadly). All the service was conducted in a speedy but comfortable pace.

接著發送菜單，韓亞航的菜單設計不錯，不過在點完餐之後空服員會立刻收走菜單，也是讓我很不解的地方。對我來說商務艙的菜單就是可以讓我一邊吃一邊看，或是用餐前後點飲料可以隨時參考的。在點餐完馬上收走，實在是讓它變得很無用。
Soon afterwards they distributed the menus for the flight, which had a beautiful design. However, the flight attendants would immediately collect them after you've made your order, and that is something I simply can't understand. For me, the advantages of having a menu in hand is that I get to consult it as I'm eating my meal, and also for ordering drinks both during and after the meal. So collecting them after taking my order just made it useless.

而實際的餐點也是非常讓人失望，整份餐直接用一個托盤全上就算了，畢竟航程短，這樣的做法可以理解。不過整體餐點品質實在是相當低落，頂多是擺盤比較好的經濟艙餐點罷了。牛肉過熟到好像在嚼橡膠一樣。
The quality of the meal was also more than disappointing. Everything was delivered in one tray, which was acceptable considering the short flight, but the quality of the food was just low. It was just a better-plated economy class meal at best. The beef was so overcooked it felt like I was chewing rubber.

還好在貴賓室也算是有吃飽，所以這餐吃不到一半就放棄了。先到廁所簡單梳洗。雖然是短程航線，韓亞航在廁所還是有提供牙刷，可以在餐後刷個牙，這點值得稱讚。
Luckily I had a good meal in the lounge, so I gave up on the meal about halfway through, and went to the lavatory to freshen up. I was pleasantly surprised to find that Asiana had toothbrushes available despite the short flight time. It was nice to be able to brush my teeth after the meal.

回到座位後躺下稍微休息片刻。這款座位的斜躺程度，要長時間的睡眠可能會有點困難，但短時間休息還算可以。
Then I went back to my seat, reclined it, and had a brief rest. The angle of the seat in "bed" mode may be difficult to have actual sleep on long flights, but good enough for a short rest.

不久之後也就準備降落，只能說同樣航線，韓亞航的商務艙整體品質不如長榮或國泰，唯一優點是直接降落在主航廈，不用像其他非韓籍航空公司一樣降落在衛星航廈，少擠了一段電車，通關時間快了一些而已。
After a brief moment we started preparing for landing. I must say that on the same Taipei-Seoul route, the quality of Asiana's business class product was way behind what EVA Air and Cathay Pacific had. The only advantage I got flying with Asiana was that we get to disembark directly at the main terminal instead of the satellite terminal, where all the other non-Korean airlines use. By skipping the extra train ride, I saved some time on the ground, but that's really about it.
