韓亞航首爾－香港商務艙（Asiana Business Class: Seoul-Hong Kong）

一早的仁川機場人潮就非常洶湧，就連韓亞航的優先報到區都有旅客在排隊。

Incheon Airport was already bustling despite still being very early in the morning. Even the premium check-in area for Asiana Airlines had a line waiting.

韓亞航在優先報到區的入口處會有地勤人員負責引導，另外也趁機確定真的是商務艙或是卡客。

They had a ground staff stationed at the entrance to the check-in area to assist passengers, and also to (discreetly) make sure that only business class and elite members get access.

還好因為櫃檯開得夠多，整體來說並沒有等很久，大概五分鐘就輪到我辦理報到了。

Luckily there were plenty of counters available, so I didn't have to wait too long. I was helped in about five minutes.

仁川機場並沒有優先安檢通道，所有旅客都必須要一起排隊，所以常常會需要排隊半小時以上。過了好久之後，才終於來到韓亞航貴賓室。

There were no priority security lines in Incheon Airport, so everyone had to line up at the same place, and it would consistently take more than half an hour to go through security. So it took me a while before I finally got to the Asiana Lounge.

因為主航廈只有韓籍航空在使用的關係，基本上航空公司貴賓室就只有大韓跟韓亞航而已。貴賓室的指標非常清楚，要找到韓亞航貴賓室很簡單。

Since the main terminal was only used by Korea-based airlines, basically there were only two main airline lounges (Korean and Asiana). All the lounge signage was very clearly marked and easy to navigate. So the lounge wasn't hard to find at all.

上樓之後先在櫃台出示登機證之後就可以進入貴賓室。櫃台兩邊各有一個區域，可以自由使用兩邊，沒有任何限制。

After going upstairs I presented my boarding pass at the counter to access the lounge. It was divided into two sections at each end of the counter, and passengers get to choose whichever side they like.

貴賓室佔地很大，但旅客其實也非常多，所以即便是早上還是熱鬧到有點吵雜的地步。

Even though the lounge was quite spacious, there were a huge number of guests as well. So even in the morning the lounge was packed and a bit noisy.

貴賓室深處的座位區就稍微清靜一點。整體裝潢和頭等貴賓室有些相似，都是一個仿圖書館的風格。

I had to go deeper in the lounge to find a more quiet space. The decor of the lounge was quite similar to the Asiana First Class Lounge, with a faux-library style.

另外貴賓室內當然也有商務中心，提供電腦跟印表機。這裡就幾乎沒有人在使用了。

There's also a business center at the end of the lounge with a few computers and printers, and was almost completely deserted.

早餐時段，貴賓室內的食物真的只能用糟糕來形容。除了麵包、沙拉還有一些簡單的飲料之外，沒有其他東西。這樣的等級出現在北美的機場貴賓室都嫌陽春，更不用說亞洲機場貴賓室了。

The breakfast food spread in the lounge could only be described as pathetic. There were only a selection of bread and salad, along with some drinks. This couldn't even compare to some lounges in North America, let alone Asian ones.

另外一區的貴賓室其實在設施上大同小異，也是以座位區跟用餐區為主。

The second lounge section was basically identical to the first, and mainly consisted of different seating sections and a dining area.

但在這裡有幾間半獨立的個人包廂，是整間貴賓室最能保持隱私的座位，但也是最搶手的。

There were a few semi-suite spaces, which were the most private seats in the whole lounge, but also the most popular.

這裡的食物則多了兩像熱食，但看起來也不太好吃。只能說韓亞航貴賓室真的很讓人失望。

There were two additional hot options in the food selection here, but neither of them looked particularly appetizing. The food in the Asiana Lounge was simply disappointing.

48號登機門剛好在航廈末端的地方，所以走過去花了好一陣子才到，這時候商務艙已經在登機了。我就趕緊加入登機隊伍。

It took me some time to get to my gate as it was close to the furthest end of the terminal, and boarding for business class had already started when I got there, so I quickly joined the line.

登機後會先經過頭等艙（在這條航線上是當商務艙賣），然後才是商務艙。

There's a small first class section at the front (sold as business class on this route) before the business class cabin.

在波音777機型上，舊款（區域型）商務艙是2-3-2排列。

They had a 2-3-2 layout for these old (regional) business class on the Boeing 777.

Since the hard product was the same as my previous flight from Taipei to Seoul, I'll skip the introduction here.

我選的座位剛好在商務艙後半段最後一排。壞處是登機的時候所有經濟艙旅客都會經過，不過好處就是飛行時很少人經過，會稍微安靜一點。

My seat was at the last row of the rear business class cabin. While it's annoying that everyone in economy would pass my seat during boarding, the advantage was that almost nobody would walk pass my seat during the actual flight, so it's more quiet here.

雖然在上一段航程對韓亞航感到非常失望，不過在這裡就比較有感受到整套商務艙服務的感覺了。至少迎賓飲料有提供香檳，座位上也有枕頭跟毛毯。

It's an understatement to say that I was disappointed by Asiana's business class product on my previous flight. But on this flight I really felt that I had the full business class product available to me. At least they were offering champagne as a welcome drink, and had both a blanket and pillow at my seat.

今天的航班全滿，所以登機多花了一點時間，大約延遲了十幾分鐘才開始後推。

The flight was completely full that day, so boarding took a little longer and we didn't leave the gate until about ten minutes after scheduled departure time.

這時候已經先行開放使用機上娛樂系統，但不看還好，一看到系統還真像是從上個世紀遺留的呢。影片選擇也非常少，搭長程的話大概會非常無聊。

They already had the IFE started at this point, but I kind of hoped they had it turned off. The entire system looked like it was left over from the previous century and no one bothered to update it. The video selection was also extremely small. I'd be very bored if I was on a long-haul flight.

起飛後空服員就逐一發送菜單。除了菜單之外，還有一份獨立的酒單。而且點完餐之後也沒有急著收走。

The flight attendants distributed the menu after take-off. They even had a separate wine list along with it, and didn't rush to re-collect them after taking my order.

這班航班的食物也比上一段進步太多。本來飛完上一段，只求這次的餐點能吃就好，結果居然非常好吃，有點讓人意外。

The food on this sector was much better than my previous one as well. I was only hoping for an edible meal after my previous flight, but it actually turned out to be very delicious, which was a pleasant surprise.

不管是前菜、麵包、主餐的牛肉，每一樣都非常完美。

Everything, from the appetizer to the bread and beef in the main course, was perfect.

韓亞航在這段航班上的表現，絕對有彌補之前的不足。所以可能之後在選擇韓亞航的時候，還是要多注意在不同航線上的服務內容差異，盡量選擇航程較長的航班為主，會得到比較完整的服務。

Asiana Airlines really redeemed itself on this flight. So with future bookings with Asiana, I'd pay more attention to the different services offered on each route, and try to pick longer flights so there's a better chance of getting a full service.
