國泰航空在香港機場總共有五個貴賓室（四個位於管制區內，另一個為入境貴賓室），我會再特別專文介紹這些貴賓室，所以在這篇飛行紀錄裡面就先跳過，直接登機！
Cathay Pacific has a total of five lounges in Hong Kong Airport (four airside and an arrivals lounge landside). I'll review these lounges in a separate post, so will be skipping the ground experience in this post and go straight to the flight itself.

一開始這班航班是排定由設有區域型商務艙的777-300值飛，不過臨時更換機型成A330-300，變成長程商務艙啦～也讓我這趟旅程成功體驗到了新區域型商務艙、舊區域型商務艙，還有新長程商務艙。至於還可以在A340及747上看到的舊魚骨型商務艙，就留待之後再找機會體驗囉。
Originally my flight was scheduled to be on a 777-300 with regional business class, but Cathay Pacific made a last minute swap to an A330-300, and I ended up in their new long-haul business class! Not only did I get a more comfortable ride, I also got to review three of their different products in one trip, the new regional business class, the old regional business class, and the new long-haul business class. As for the old herringbone seats onboard the A340 and 747, I guess I'll just save them for another trip.

Cathay Pacific is one of the first airlines to install these reverse-herringbone seats. But nowadays more airlines are using the same seats as well, including EVA Air's Royal Laurel Class, and China Airlines' Premium Business Class.

這款座位好處是隱密性極高，然後每個座位都可以直通走道，再加上個人空間大，是公認現今最好的商務艙座位。唯一的缺點，應該就是躺平時腳部空間比較有限一點吧。
The best thing about these seats are the privacy they offer, plus the direct aisle-access and added personal space. They're regarded as the best business class seats in the market. The only downside, I suppose, is the limited space for your feet when the seat is in a lie-flat position.

國泰和長榮、華航不同的是，頭部位置多了一塊側板，可以更保護乘客隱私。
The major difference between Cathay Pacific's seat with EVA Air or China Airlines is the small "wing" next to the head, which provides even more privacy.

也因為每個座位都非常隱密，即便是一個人旅行的時候，坐在中間的雙人座位也不太能看到隔壁的乘客。但如果是一起旅行的話，可能就不是那麼理想。
Since all the seats are extremely private, you can hardly see your seatmate even when sitting in the middle pair seats. Good for a solo traveler but not so ideal for friends or couples travelling together.

座位四周也設有非常多置物空間，可以放置各種大大小小的東西。例如扶手下方有一個專門放鞋的空間。
There were plenty of storage space around the seat for everything, such as a space for shoes under the handrest.

座位中央也有很大的開放式置物空間，可以放一些比較大型的物品。

在座位控制器旁邊還有另一個小櫃子，用來放耳機、瓶裝水，或是其他小東西。櫃子裡面也有一面鏡子，方便下機前梳妝打扮用。
There's also a small cabinet next to the seat controls for headphones, water, and other small items. It had a mirror inside as well, which made it really convenient for freshening up before landing.

長程的減噪耳機也比較高級一些。
Even the noise-cancelling headphones are better in long-haul business class.

此時空服員也開始逐一送上迎賓飲料，我選的是國泰的單月份特調「Oriental Breeze」。
After I finished taking pictures, the flight attendant offered me a welcome drink. I chose their signature drink "Oriental Breeze," which is available in odd-numbered months.

另外也發送了本航班的菜單，因為已經算是深夜的航班，所以提供的是輕膳。
Menus were also distributed at this point. Since it's a short late-night flight, they were only offering a light refreshment.

按照台港線慣例，除了主菜之外的所有餐點，都是放在餐盤一起上的。這次的水果和起司蛋糕都非常好吃。
As usual, everything except the main dish were delivered in one tray. Both the fruit and cheese cake are very delicious.

隨後空服員會推出主菜讓乘客直接選擇，我選的是泡椒炆鴨，也是這幾段國泰商務艙航程中，我認為最好吃的主菜。
Then the flight attendants would roll out the main dishes. I chose the braised duck, which turned out to the the best main dish I had in these three flights in Cathay Pacific Business Class.

另一個主餐選擇是豬腩肉，看起來就沒有那麼好吃。
The other option (confit side of pork), on the other hand, didn't look especially appetizing.

餐後當然是要來杯港式奶茶。
It goes without saying that I ordered a cup of Hong Kong milk tea after the meal.

不久之後就準備降落桃園機場，而且是從剛整修完畢的南跑道05R-23L降落，感覺特別平穩舒適！
Shortly after we were ready for landing, and landed on the recently renovated South runway (05R-23L), making it a very smooth ride all the way.
