United Global First Lounge & Thai Royal First Lounge, Hong Kong International Airport
香港的星空聯盟貴賓室總共有三個：新航、泰航和聯合航空。因為這次班機從 62 號登機門離開，所以就只選擇到聯合、泰航兩間貴賓室，距離較遠的新航貴賓室就沒有造訪了。
聯合航空在香港的 United Club 有一間獨立的頭等艙貴賓室。雖然大小並不大，但因為乘客不多，所以空間還算足夠。而且除了一般的自助式餐點之外，還有另外的菜單可以點餐。另一個比泰航貴賓室好的地方，就是有提供香檳，還有兩間專屬的淋浴間（泰航貴賓室只有一間，還要與商務艙共用）。在貴賓室內的服務也非常好，都會一直有服務生來回走動注意，主動幫忙續杯飲料。
Of all the flights in this trip, flying on board Thai's Royal First Class on the A380 is definitely the most exciting part. I couldn't help but smile after I got my boarding pass for this flight.
Star Alliance has three lounges in HKG, the Singapore Airlines lounge, Thai Airways lounge, and the United Club. Since my flight was leaving from gate 62, I decided to go to the United and Thai lounge, and did not visit the Singapore lounge which is at the other side of the terminal.
The United Club in Hong Kong has a dedicated Global First Lounge. It was a relatively small lounge, but since there weren't that many passengers in first class, space was not an issue. Apart from the regular buffet, they also offer a separate menu. The United Global First Lounge is better than the Thai lounge, in my opinion, in several aspects. First, it offers champagne. There are also two dedicated shower rooms (which the Thai lounge only has one, and it is shared with business class passengers). Service in the lounge was also spectacular during my time there. The staffs were always walking around and topping off everyone's glasses proactively.

在聯合航空的貴賓室待了大約一小時之後，才離開到泰航自己的頭等艙貴賓室。泰航的頭等艙貴賓室其實只是整個貴賓室隔出來的一個小空間，隱秘性比聯合航空差一些，不過整體的景觀和開放感也就相對地比較好。設計的色調上，泰航也比較繽紛、明亮一點。泰航貴賓室和聯合航空一樣，都有提供頭等艙專屬的菜單，只可惜吃到現在已經太飽，完全無法再吃下去了！
I left the United Club after about an hour and headed to the Thai Royal First Lounge. Actually it's not exactly a separated first class lounge, but a roped off area in the Royal Orchid Lounge, so there's less privacy compared to the United lounge. On the other hand, this also meant that there's much more openness and better views. The Thai lounge also had a much more colorful design. A menu was offered, just like in the United lounge, but at this point I was already too full to order anything from it.

因為實在是太期待這次的頭等艙之旅，所以很早就到了登機門口等待。一宣佈登機馬上就衝上去啦！泰航在 A380 的頭等艙，有別於一般紫色的色調，採用白色和淡黃色的座椅，整個感覺也就比較明亮。座椅非常的寬大舒適，即便沒有拉門隔間，隱私性也還是非常高，坐在座位時幾乎是看不到其他乘客的。
I was planning to maximize my "Royal First" experience, so went to the gate quite early. I was among the first to board once they announced boarding! Thai's first class cabin on the A380 used a white and beige color scheme, instead of their regular purple. So that made the cabin much brighter than their usual ones. The seat itself was extremely wide and comfortable. Even without actual doors, it still offered plenty of privacy for everyone. When I was seated, I could barely see anyone else in the cabin.

這次的頭等艙十二個座位也是全滿，所以空服員們都相當忙碌。一開始就忙著提供毛巾、迎賓飲料，還有發送菜單等等。但他們還是都非常親切，不會因為忙碌就讓服務打折的！利用這段時間，我也趁機在還沒有人使用廁所之前，趕快先進去拍照。泰航頭等艙位於 A380 的上層，所以廁所空間非常的大，除了馬桶之外，還有另外隔出一個座位區，主要是讓長途飛行的旅客換裝用。另外在廁所對面，也有一個沙發座位區，應該是讓乘客有一個公共交誼區域，可以彼此聊天等等。不過整段航程中，我都沒有看到有人去使用就是了。
All 12 seats in first class were full in this flight, so all the FAs were extremely busy. When on the ground, they started with hot towels and pre-departure beverages, and distributed the menu. They were all still very friendly despite being quite busy. I used this time to take some pictures of the lavatory before anyone used it. Since Thai had its first class cabin on the upper deck of the A380, it had a HUGE lavatory. There was a separate seating area in the lavatory, where passengers can change into their pajamas on longer flights. On the other side, there's also another lounge area that's supposed to serve as a common room for all first class passengers. Although I did not see anyone actually using it during my flight.

起飛不久之後，空服員就開始提供飲料和開胃小點，接著就準備上餐啦！這次主菜我也是事先預選好了龍蝦，也果然是非常好吃。不但龍蝦本身煮得恰到好處，就連旁邊的配菜也都非常美味。只是剛剛貴賓室的食物都還沒消化，吃完主菜之後，實在是沒有辦法再吃下任何食物，所以就只好跳過水果起司盤還有甜點了。
The FAs started drink and canape service shortly after take off, and then meal service followed shortly. For the main course, I pre-ordered the lobster dish. It was very delicious and the lobster was cooked perfectly. Even the side dishes were all vert tasty. Sadly I was too full from all the eating in the lounge, so after the main course, I skipped the cheese and fruit plate and dessert.

用餐完畢後，也只剩下 30 分鐘左右的航程，但我還是決定要小睡片刻，體驗一下 A380 頭等艙座椅躺平後的感覺。而泰航的座椅也沒有讓我失望，確實非常好躺、好睡，讓我一路睡到準備下降才被空姐叫醒！
After I finished my meal, there was still around 30 minutes left before landing. So I decided to take a short nap, and experience lying flat in the A380 first class seat. The seat did not disappoint me, it was very comfortable and I had a great nap. I ended up sleeping all the way until the FA woke me for our final descent!

降落抵達機場之後，一踏出門口就看到一整排的高爾夫球車等著接每一位頭等艙的乘客。在看到拿著自己名牌的地勤人員，被帶上車之後，就被載著一路奔馳到快速通關櫃檯準備入境。有車子載和自己走也是真的有差，平常大概要走十分鐘的路程，這次不到三分鐘就已經到了！在此一定要好好感謝泰航的地勤服務啊！
After we de-planed, there was an army of golf carts waiting for all the first class passengers. I quickly identified the ground staff holding my name plate, and was escorted into one of the golf carts and whisked through the airport all the way to the premium immigration lane. That really made a HUGE difference, considering how large BKK is. What would've been a tem minute walk took less than three minutes this time. Kudos to Thai for their amazing ground service!
